Lance Armstrong described the Olympic triathlon event as "a shampoo, blow dry, and 10k foot race” in a tweet to his followers this week. The seven-time Tour de France winner took exception to the fact cyclists are permitted to draft each other during the race.

Simon Whitfield, the first man to win the Olympic triathlon, took exception to Lance Armstrong calling his event "a shampoo, blow dry and 10 k foot race."
